Weekends: 5-hour blocks of time are available for $375.

• 3:30pm-8:30pm

• 4:00pm-9:00pm

• 5:00pm-10:00pm

Weekdays: (Monday-Thursday) are available for $75 per hour with a 3-hour minimum.

Holidays: Christmas, Thanksgiving, & Easter holidays can be rented for an extra $100 charge.

A $100 refundable damage deposit will be due at signing of contract.

Contract must be signed within 7 days of booking.

Payment can be made with cash, check or Venmo.

Events At Greenbrier provides a fully decorated house for your event. Additional amenities beyond what is currently in the house (long tables, chairs, tablecloths, centerpieces) may have an additional charge. Call for details.
